Training before a move to France

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier, but I got tied up with the last few days in London and getting on with the move to France. All is now sorted and finally got internet back! The ride down was very enjoyable and the weather was good too! The best part was through the Alpes along the Route Napoleon, thanks to your training otherwise it would have been a nightmare. Can you resend me your address again please so I can send a cheque as I’d like a copy of the CD Rom to give me a reminder from time to time. Good to hear from you and excellent that the hairpin bends on the France training course were good preparation for the Route Napoleon! That’s a bit of a special ride.
